How and when do I pay?
Click the 'Buy Now' button on the course of your choice. Enter your credit card details and discount code if you have one.
The first payment will be taken immediately. Then every four weeks, you will automatically pay the same amount.
How can I cancel or change my plan?
Just get in touch with us and we will arrange it for you.
What happens if I don’t use all my classes in one month? Are the classes lost?
No, they are not lost. Class credits never expire, so you can use them any time in the future. This means that:
any classes that you don't use in the 4 weeks will stay on your account, so you can use them whenever you like
even if you pause or cancel your subscription, all unused class credits will stay on your account for you to use later.
What about if I change my mind? Can I get my money back?
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee.
If you want to quit the course, write to us within this time and we’ll refund you for all the classes you haven’t used.
